The Workers’ Compensation attorneys at recently got an Award for our client valued at $1.09 million dollars. The Award came after a hearing in front of a Workers’ Compensation judge in Joplin, Missouri at the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation.

Our client’s husband was killed in an automobile accident outside of Neosho, Missouri while traveling for work. The employer and insurance company refused to provide any benefits to our client, which she was entitled to under Missouri law as the surviving spouse. fought the insurance company tooth and nail.
